You can come to Perituskliniken as a private paying patient. If you want to seek medial care from us privately, you do not need a referral and you are responsible for all costs yourself. However, if it concerns an X-ray examination, a referral is always required, regardless of the type of X-ray examination to be performed.
When you choose to pay yourself, you can always contact us to get a price estimation in advance. The final price for your treatment will be provided after the examination, when your doctor has provided you with an individual treatment plan. We usually have no, or very short, waiting times for examination, diagnostics and surgery.
For patients where there’s a suspicion of prostate cancer, the whole medical investigation, from elevated PSA with MRI, biopsy to notifying the patient, takes about 2 weeks.
