PAYMENT
Payment of surgery must be done 7 days prior to the day of the surgery by invoice. Alternatively, surgery can be paid with credit card on the day of the surgery.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Missed appointments are charged at full price and cancellation of a surgery later than 2 days ahead is charged 30% of the total price. If the cancellation is made due to illness, the whole amount is refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
